Director Of Operations for RGH Hospitality, LLC

Mr. LeGay is the Director of Operations for RGH Hospitality. He is responsible for the overall success and profitability for the hotels in the organization’s portfolio. Martin establishes and manages performance standards in the following key result areas: revenue production, free cash flow and expense control, asset protection, first class condition, guest service, and employee development. He also oversees food and beverage management.

Martin brings over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hotel industry to RGH Hospitality. Prior to joining the organization, Mr. LeGay served as an Executive Chef and Beverage at the Crowne Plaza in Nashua where he managed all food and beverage operations. He also worked at the Boston Harbor Hotel at Rowe’s Wharf.

In addition to his role at RGH Hospitality, Mr. LeGay donates his time to several organizations in southern New Hampshire. He serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua. Martin is also a member of the Nashua Community College Culinary Arts Advisory Board and Nashua High School Culinary and Hospitality Advisory Board.

Mr. LeGay has earned several prestigious awards for his involvement in the community. He was recently recognized as one of the Union Leader’s “Forty Under 40” emerging leaders. In 2010, Martin was named corporate citizen of the year by the Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter.

Martin is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University. He resides in Merrimack with his wife and daughter.
