Maureen Shelley – Director of Sales

As the Director of Sales, Maureen is accountable for meeting or exceeding hotel annual revenue goals.  Specifically, she is responsible for the development of the overall business plan for each hotel.  She is directly responsible for the catering and sales budgets, and oversees all sales activity.  She develops rate strategies with the revenue manager and works with the hotel revenue team to maximize opportunities while building relationships with customers which support the overall success of RGH Hospitality.  She is also in charge of community relations, marketing, and social media for the hotel.

Maureen worked seven years beginning in 1991 for the Roedel Companies team as a Regional Sales Manager for Chalet Susse International, Inc.  During her tenure with Chalet Susse she oversaw the sales and marketing strategies for several hotels in Massachusetts and NH.  In 2006, she re-joined the Roedel Companies team to open the Hilton Garden Inn Manchester Downtown.

Maureen lives in NH with her husband and daughter and enjoys spending time outdoors and gardening.
