Mary L. Burke – Manager of Administration

As the Manager of Administration, Mary’s primary responsibilities include: records management, property and casualty insurance, HR/benefits administration, along with contract and lease support.

Having joined Chalet Susse International in 1978, Mary is an important part of the Roedel Companies’ history. Starting as the Administrative Assistant to the President, her role grew to Manager of Administration with continued support to the President.

In 1993, Mary was promoted to Vice President of Chalet Susse International, where she served in various areas of management, responsible for records management, manager recruiting and training, sales training, employee development, property insurance, benefits and 401(k) administration, corporate records management, and supervision of administrative staff.

Mary has a BS in Business Management, and an MBA from Rivier College. She has remained active in the community as a volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Nashua. She was also a Big Sister with the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program and an ESL Tutor at the Adult Learning Center in Nashua, NH.
