We offer a “turn key” approach to hotel development including selecting, purchasing and installing the furniture, fixtures and equipment that are required to open and operate a successful hotel. We work with the owner, architect, construction manager and operator to make sure everything you need is specified, chosen, purchased, received and installed on time and within budget and brand standard.
FF&E Purchasing and Installation
- Purchase and install all FF&E within scheduled timeframe
- FF&E is received, inspected and installed by floor
- Installation is integrated into pre-opening training and certification plan
