Roedel Companies continues an aggressive growth strategy of wholly-owned hotels through development and acquisition. We own and invest in nationally branded hotels between 100-200 rooms in the limited service, mid-service, upscale and extended stay segments. We invest and develop in the Eastern United States with an emphasis in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic States. The company will consider joint ventures and equity participation deals in unique developments offering exceptional Return on Investment potential. We prefer hotels which are integrated into mixed-use developments in markets with high barriers to entry.
