Some people say follow your heart, but Jason Jette has let his taste buds lead the way.
Jason is our Company Executive Chef, overseeing all the food and beverage teams within Roedel Companies’ portfolio. He spent the previous 11 years as an executive chef, most recently for our Hilton Garden Inn Manchester Downtown, so you could say he knows what success tastes like in both food and revenue form.
Jason is responsible for revenue generation and operating expenses, maintaining consistent focus on culture, guest satisfaction and product quality at each property. He also gives back to the community on a monthly basis by being an active member of the local ACF chapter and participating in events with the New Hampshire Food Bank.
Jason combines his culinary senses with his passion for fishing and sports. Whenever he has the chance, he is spending time on the water. Though he enjoys fishing and watching the Patriots and the Red Sox, they’re all secondary to his weekly date nights with his wife.
