Zackary Shallah of Merrimack Moves into Management Position
WILTON, NH – The Courtyard by Marriott Nashua is pleased to announce Zackary Shallah’s promotion to Front Office Manager. The promotion is in keeping with the philosophy of the Roedel Companies, owners of the Courtyard Nashua, to develop and promote excellence from within. Shallah has consistently earned high marks from guests and mentions on crowd-sourced review sites. “We rely on our team members to help us find ways to make our guest experience the absolute best it can be,” says Maureen Shelley, Director of Employee Development for Roedel Companies. “Zackary does that.” Shallah has spent the past two years working at the front desk of the hotel and is now looking forward to the challenge of taking a lead role. “I am excited to step into this role as a team leader and work closely with the front desk team,” Shallah said. “My top priority is to make certain we continue to deliver outstanding guest service.” Shallah, a native of nearby Merrimack, N.H., graduated in 2016 from Nashua Community College where he earned a degree in Hospitality Management. “Zackary understands that he and his team are often the first contact for the guest and he has excelled in making sure that their initial experience is memorable,” says Greg Geddes, General Manager of the Courtyard Nashua.
