ROK Builders, LLC, the hotel construction affiliate of Roedel Companies, LLC, has announced that it remodeled and updated the lobby facilities at the Hilton Garden Inn Auburn Riverwatch in Auburn, Maine. For the upgrade, the company incorporated Hilton Garden Inn’s “Project Grow” design standards, an initiative to update all franchise properties and unify the brand by the end of 2013, into the project.
In addition, and specifically to target the MICE market, ROK Builders updated the Hilton Garden Inn’s 7,000 square foot pre-function and conference center with new flooring and wall coverings.
ROK Builders made minimal structural changes to the hotel to meet the “Project Grow” design standards set by Hilton Garden Inn. A garden atmosphere was created throughout the lobby by installing new flooring, pendant light fixtures, stone counters, cabana draperies and artwork. Planters with live interior plants and lanterns were also placed across the property. Communal breakfast tables, bar tables, signature seating and a garden cart that displays food and beverage offerings were also added to provide guests with social and meeting spaces throughout the day.
ROK Builders, the hotel construction affiliate of Roedel Companies, LLC, has 45 years of experience developing, constructing, managing and designing hotels for its own account and third parties.
