Hilton Property Planned for New Massachusetts Project
MARLBOROUGH, Mass.
New Hampshire-based hotel owner/operators, Roedel Companies, along with Riverbridge North, is seeking approval to build a new Homewood Suites by Hilton in Berlin/Marlborough, Mass. Slated to open in 2015, the hotel will be constructed in The Riverbridge, a planned mixed-use village currently being developed by Riverbridge North, LLC.
Located behind Solomon Pond Mall, off of Route 495 at the South Berlin Rotary, the 109-room hotel will feature one-bedroom, two-bedroom and studio suites, each containing a fully furnished kitchen and full sized refrigerator. The Homewood Suites by Hilton will offer free high speed internet access, a business center, workout facility and pool. A daily, complimentary hot breakfast will be available to guests, while dinner and drinks will be served every weeknight to hotel customers. The development also includes a 5,000-square-foot restaurant pad site adjacent to the hotel.
In addition to the Homewood Suites by Hilton, The Riverbridge village will feature condominiums, apartments and senior dwellings. Approximately 70,000 square feet of the village will include neighborhood commercial establishments such as office and retail space, a restaurant, market, pharmacy, gas station/convenience store and daycare facility.
