ROK Builders, an established hotel construction management company specializing in new hotel design, construction and renovations, announces its successful refurbishment of nine Fairfield Inns by Marriott. The hotels are owned by subsidiaries of OZRE FFI Holdings LLC, which is controlled by Och-Ziff Real Estate Advisors LP, an affiliate of Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC ("Och-Ziff"). ROK Builders takes great care to renovate hotels in a manner that enables them to remain operational and ensures guests' safety and comfort at all times. In order to expedite the schedule and reduce room revenue displacement, ROK Builders worked on the renovation for the nine Fairfield Inns by Marriott in three phases, completing three hotels in each phase. The schedule for each hotel involved renovating each guest floor and returning the guestrooms to service in less than two weeks.
