Hotel Saranac Names Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Peter Snell Brings Experience and Familiarity to Hotel Saranac’s Culinary Team

WILTON, N.H. – Hotel Saranac, Curio Collection by Hilton is proud to name Peter Snell as Food and Beverage Operations Manager.

Hotel Saranac offers different dining experiences: Campfire Adirondack Grill + Bar for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the Great Hall Bar for lighter fare; as well as special events in the Grand Ballroom or private dining room, the Ember Room.Snell is responsible for managing F&B orders, upholding menu standards and controlling inventory for all dining operations.

Snell has deep experience in the F&B industry, most recently as Territory Manager for U.S. Foods in Albany, N.Y. He was also the Food Service Director for the UVM Health Network - Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone, N.Y.

Snell’s latest challenge represents a homecoming of sorts. Snell was an intern at Hotel Saranac in 1992 while attending Paul Smith’s College as a culinary student.

“I really enjoyed my time at Hotel Saranac as an intern; it taught me the hospitality business,” says Snell, “I am excited just like everyone else in the area to see Hotel Saranac come back to life.”
