The Hotel was recognized for Regional General Manger of the Year and best overall performance in 2013

Manchester, NH – Newton, MA based Alta Properties LLC in partnership with New Hampshire-based hotel owner/operators Roedel Companies are pleased to announce that La Quinta Inn & Suites Manchester won several regional awards at La Quinta Corporate’s 2013 Annual Conference in Kona, Hawaii. The Hotel was awarded Regional General Manager of the Year and Regional Balanced Scorecard for Region 61, a portfolio of 54 La Quinta Inn & Suites along the East Coast. The property was also named one of four finalists for Inn of the Year out of 500 La Quinta Inn & Suites across the country.

Linda Grugnale was honored as Regional General Manager of the Year for her accomplishments in revenue growth and exceeding quality standards. At La Quinta Inn & Suites Manchester, Grugnale is responsible for providing leadership and direction to develop hotel plans and processes while also implementing and maintaining hotel brand requirements. She is also responsible for revenue production and strategic planning through the management of revenue targets, operating expenses and budget maintenance.

La Quinta Inn & Suites Manchester was also recognized for its overall performance in 2013. The Hotel ranked number one in the region for customer service, sales and appearance. These elements earned La Quinta Inn & Suites Manchester the Regional Balanced Scorecard award and the honor of being named as an Inn of the Year finalist.

Located at Amoskeag Falls, the La Quinta Inn & Suites Manchester opened after a multi-million dollar renovation in 2012. The multifaceted property features 109 hotel rooms, business center, meeting space, fitness room and outdoor swimming pool. It also offers free high-speed internet and hot breakfast for guests.
