Housekeeping Supervisor Diana Arustamova Honored with Regional Award

WILTON, NH – Diana Arustamova, Housekeeping Supervisor for La Quinta Inn & Suites in Manchester, was named one of the 2015 La Quinta Employee of the Year winners.

Arustamova was named Back of the House winner for Region 61, encompassing 51 La Quinta hotels in the Northeast. This marks the second straight year a member of the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Manchester team earned a regional award. Suk Tamang was honored in the Maintenance division last year.

Arustamova, who lives in Manchester, was among approximately 300 nominees in her category.

“Diana has the ability to listen carefully to the needs of our guests and meet those needs promptly,” says Linda Grugnale, general manager of La Quinta Inn & Suites in Manchester. “She has become a valuable member of our team.”

Arustamova is a native of Armenia who started at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Manchester as a part-time housekeeper. She became a citizen of the United States in 2016.
“Diana’s English was limited when she first came to us,” Grugnale said. “She has worked tirelessly to become proficient at her job and improve her language skills. She is now someone we can even rely on to assist on the front desk.”
