NH Business Review on the Hotel Saranac

Hotel Saranac, an iconic 86-year-old hotel in the Adirondack village of Saranac Lake, has been sold to Wilton, NH-based Roedel Companies, a hotel and construction management firm, for $1.4 million. Roedel said it's planning a $13 million renovation of the property. Roedel was awaiting word in Albany whether the company will receive $5 million in state economic development funds for the renovation project.
