RGH Hospitality Announces General Manager and Hotel Director of Sales For La Quinta Inn & Suites in Manchester, NH

Linda Grugnale and Steven Morabito will supervise operations and marketing

MANCHESTER, NH- RGH Hospitality, the hotel management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, recently named Linda Grugnale as General Manager and Steven Morabito as Hotel Director of Sales at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Manchester. Grugnale is responsible for providing leadership and direction to develop hotel plans and processes while also implementing and maintaining hotel brand requirements. As Hotel Director of Sales, Morabito controls sales, marketing guest services and employee development.

Within their area of concentration both Grugnale and Morabito are responsible for revenue production and strategic planning at La Quinta Inn & Suites. They manage room revenue targets, operating expenses and budget maintenance.

Grugnale brings extensive experience from Marriott International and Starwood Sheraton Brand Hotels to her role at La Quinta Inn & Suites. In her most recent position as Area Account Executive for Marriott International Sales Force One New England North, she oversaw 14 Marriott properties managing group sales, extended stay and worldwide placement for assigned accounts.

With over 15 years experience in directing hotel sales and marketing, Morabito possesses great expertise in the hospitality industry. As Corporate Sales Manager at the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel, he supervised corporate group marketing through phone and business development.
