Melody Lloyd and Loretta Brooks will supervise sales and operations

Manchester, NH—RGH Hospitality, the hotel management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, recently named Melody Lloyd as General Manager and Loretta Brooks as Director of Sales at the Holiday Inn in Mount Kisco. As General Manager, Lloyd provides leadership to staff, develops plans and processes to meet revenue goals, and maintains hotel brand requirements. Brooks is responsible for sales, marketing, and employee development.
Within their areas of concentration both Lloyd and Brooks are responsible for revenue production and strategic planning at the Holiday Inn. They manage room targets, operating expenses and budget maintenance.

Lloyd brings extensive experience in hotel operations to the Holiday Inn. In her most recent position as Assistant General Manager/Front Office Manager at Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, Lloyd assisted in overseeing and directing the management team. She also implemented accounting practices that allowed the property to better track profitability.
With over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, Brooks has a thorough understanding of food and beverage management, catering operations and hotel room sales. Brooks previously served as the Director of Catering and Sales for the Holiday Inn when it was owned by Meyer Jabara Hotels. In this role, she developed and implemented strategic hotel business and marketing plans. Brooks directed all catering events and also created new revenue streams by reinventing under-utilized space within the property.
