Richard Dean To Lead The Operations Pre-Opening Task Force At Hotel Saranac

Dean will join other departmental leaders in restoring and repositioning the property
to meet the needs of today’s travelers.
Wilton, NH - New Hampshire-based hotel owner/operators Roedel Companies announced that Richard Dean will lead the Operations Pre-Opening Task Force at the Hotel Saranac. In this role, Dean is responsible for hiring the Hotel Saranac Management Team including the General Manager, Director of Sales and Food and Beverage Manager. Throughout the Hotel Saranac’s renovation, Dean will work closely with the Roedel Companies Design Team on space allocation and floor plan needs for hotel operations. He will also be instrumental in defining and establishing brand and service standards across all service lines.
Following the 2016 opening of the Hotel Saranac, Dean will move into the position of Regional Manager and serve as a resource for the Executive Management Team. He will identify capital expenditures, review income statements and oversee employee development and operating systems. In addition, Dean will continually assess hotel performance, with the goal of consistently surpassing guests’ expectations.
Dean has worked for RGH Hospitality, the hotel management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, as an Operations Specialist since 2009. Dean assists with special projects in operations, accounting, acquisitions and transitions. Dean also serves as a member of the RGH Hospitality Employee Development, Asset Protection and Deal Teams. Prior to joining RGH Hospitality, Dean was a Regional Operations Manager and Internal Auditor for Paramount Hotel Group, where he was responsible for thirty-five branded hotels.
