Jason Jette of RGH Hospitality Named Among Hotel Management’s Thirty Under 30 Rising Stars

WILTON, NH – RGH Hospitality, the hotel management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, is honored to announce that Jason Jette, Director of Food and Beverage, has been recognized by Hotel Management as one of their Thirty Under 30 Top Rising Stars. This annual award acknowledges emerging leaders in the hospitality industry who have completed a significant project for their organization.

As Director of Food and Beverage (F&B) at RGH Hospitality, Jette oversees all food and beverage teams within the company’s hotel portfolio and is accountable for over $8 million in F&B revenue. He leads four restaurants and banquet operations with two more in development. Jette is also responsible for maintaining a consistent focus on corporate culture, guest satisfaction and product quality at each property.

Prior to this position, Jette served as Executive Chef at The Hilton Garden Inn Manchester Downtown which is also managed by RGH Hospitality. As a result of Jette’s leadership and forward thinking, he turned around an underperforming operation with high food costs, low customer service scores and poor revenues into a top performing enterprise. Within Jette’s first year on the job, the F&B operation turned a profit for the first time since The Hilton Garden Inn Manchester Downtown opened.

Jette received the 2014 American Culinary Federation’s Chef of the Year Award, an accolade recognizing an individual who has demonstrated the highest standard of culinary skills, advanced the cuisine of America and has given back to the profession through the development of students and apprentices. He received the 2014 Chef of the Year award from his local Professional Chefs of New Hampshire chapter.
