Roedel Companies Add Hampton Inn To Hotel Portfolio

The organization’s subsidiary company RGH Hospitality, LLC will operate the hotel

New Hampshire based hotel owners/operators Roedel Companies have added a 147-room Hampton Inn in Lake Buena Vista to their hotel portfolio. Roedel Companies is utilizing its subsidiary company RGH Hospitality, LLC to manage the property on behalf of owners CHM Partners, LLC and SteepRock Capital, LLC.

In late November, RGH Hospitality began operating the Hampton Inn. The organization brings nearly 45 years of hotel management experience to the property which is strategically located within a mile of Walt Disney World and only three miles from the Orlando Convention Center, Sea World and International Drive. It features a business center, fitness room and outdoor pool.

Renovations to the Hampton Inn are slated for August 2012. The hotel’s lobby will be remodeled and its exterior repainted. The property’s landscaping will also be updated and provide handsome curb appeal.
