Roedel Companies and Riverbridge North Plan to Build Hilton Hotel

Marlborough, MA - New Hampshire based hotel owner/operators, Roedel Companies, along with Riverbridge North, LLC is seeking approval to build a new Homewood Suites by Hilton in Berlin/Marlborough. The joint venture partnership applied to Hilton Hotels for a Homewood Suites franchise prior to making an introductory presentation to the Berlin Planning Board on August 13th. Slated to open in 2015, the hotel will be constructed in The Riverbridge, a planned mixed-use village being developed by Riverbridge North, LLC.

Located behind Solomon Pond Mall, off of Rte. 495 at the South Berlin Rotary, the 109-room hotel will feature one-bedroom, two-bedroom and studio suites, each containing a fully furnished kitchen and full sized refrigerator. The Homewood Suites by Hilton will offer free high speed internet access, a business center, workout facility and pool. A daily, complimentary hot breakfast will be available to guests, while dinner and drinks will be served every weeknight to hotel customers. The development also includes a 5,000 s/f restaurant pad site adjacent to the hotel.

In addition to the Homewood Suites by Hilton, The Riverbridge will feature condominiums, apartments and senior dwellings.
