Gina Pollock to Manage Catering Sales of Hotel Saranac

WILTON, NH – The Manchester Chamber of Commerce’s December Network PM event was the backdrop for the official grand opening of The Falls Event Center.

Pollock’s responsibilities include developing existing business and soliciting new business to meet monthly and annual targets. She was most recently a conference and events operations manager for Sodexo in Paul Smiths, New York where she managed booking and executing internal and external events.

“Gina’s successful management background will be a valuable asset to our team,” says Michael Salyers, General Manager of Hotel Saranac. “She is a key hire in preparation for our scheduled opening of Hotel Saranac this coming July”.

Pollock earned her associate degree in Hotel, Restaurant Management and bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Resort, and Tourism Management from Paul Smith’s College.

Paul Smith College owned and ran Hotel Saranac for 45 years prior to Roedel Companies purchase.
