Roedel Companies Delivers New Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Malone, NY in Only Nine Months
October 14, 2010 Wilton, NH… Branch Commercial Development, LLC announces the opening of its new Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Malone, NY. Roedel Companies handled nearly every aspect of the project from design to management and delivered the new hotel on time and within budget in only nine months time.

Roedel Companies’ work on the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites project is an ideal illustration of its “Hotels. Roedel Companies, along with its construction management subsidiary, ROK Builders, hotel management subsidiary, RGH Hospitality, and design and procurement partner RSJ Associates, handled the following aspects of the project: value engineering and construction management from initial plans through 100% completion (ROK) pre-opening plan including recruiting, training, certifying all team members (RGH) pre-opening sales and marketing (RGH) pre-opening supplies purchase and installation (RGH) final cleaning and punch list items (RGH and ROK) FF&E interior design and procurement (RSJ) FF&E receiving and installation (RSJ/ROK).
