Roedel Companies Expand Services Offered At Hotel Saranac

WILTON, NH – New Hampshire-based hotel owner/operators Roedel Companies announced today that they have increased the number of services that will be offered at the Hotel Saranac. The organization is finalizing plans to include a signature restaurant, lobby bar, full service spa, and Adirondack inspired retail shop. The full-service Hotel is slated to open to the public in early 2016.

Fred B. Roedel III, Managing Member of Roedel Companies, explained that the scope of the project was expanded to further meet the needs of the community and Hotel guests. “As we’ve moved forward with this project, we realized there were more opportunities than we originally expected to restore the Hotel Saranac as the epicenter of the community,” said Roedel. “These additional services will also meet the needs of today’s guests while offering unique and authentic experiences.”

In addition to these projects, Roedel Companies is moving forward with significant renovations that will bring the Hotel up to modern standards but not detract from the overall historic character of the building. The organization is in the process of completely renovating the property’s interior including the second floor lobby, dining room/ballroom, arcade, terrace and storefront facades. Approximately 80 guest rooms in the main hotel and 20 rooms in the former Paul Smith’s College dormitory building are being remodeled with new bathrooms, furniture and décor. The project also includes the construction of a parking structure that will support the Hotel.
