Roedel Companies opens new 100-unit Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Merrimack

New Hampshire-based hotel owner/operators Roedel Companies has opened a new Holiday Inn Express & Suites on Amherst St. The former Fairfield Inn has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation to better suit the needs of today’s business travelers. The hotel features 100 guestrooms and suites, expanded business center, free wireless high-speed Internet and a new fitness center.

Located at Exit 11 off the Everett Turnpike, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites is positioned just two miles from the Merrimack Premium Outlets and less than ten miles from the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. The Holiday Inn Express & Suites has a modernized interior complete with a new lobby and fi tness facility. Guest rooms and bathrooms have been remodeled with new fi xtures, décor and furniture. The building’s traditional New England exterior has been preserved while new landscaping and a portico have been added to enhance its façade.

Partner of Roedel Companies, David Roedel explained that the architectural and design improvements made to the property have resulted in a completely revitalized hotel. “Our team wanted to give the existing hotel a complete makeover from top to bottom,” said Roedel. “Using our extensive experience in the industry and implementing our ‘Hotels. Done Right’ approach, we were able to maximize every dollar invested in this project to give our guests a new option in Merrimack with great value.
