Roedel Cos. celebrate opening of 100-unit Holiday Inn Express & Suites

New Hampshire-based hotel owner/operators Roedel Companies has opened a new Holiday Inn Express & Suites on Amherst Street. The former Fairfield Inn has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation to better suit the needs of today’s business travelers. The hotel features 100 guestrooms and suites, expanded business center, free wireless high‐speed internet and a new fitness center.

Located at Exit 11 off the Everett Turnpike, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites is positioned just two miles from the Merrimack Premium Outlets and less than ten miles from the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. The Holiday Inn Express & Suites has a completely modernized interior complete with a spacious new lobby and fitness facility. Guest rooms and bathrooms have been extensively remodeled with new fixtures, décor and furniture. The building’s traditional New England exterior has been preserved while new landscaping and a portico have been added to enhance its facade.
