The organization implemented the Perfect Mix Design into several Hampton Inn properties

WILTON, NH – ROK Builders, the hotel construction affiliate of Roedel Companies, LLC, has renovated three Hampton Inns for Intercoastal Property Services in Raleigh, NC; Beaumont, TX; and Cumberland, GA. ROK Builders implemented Hampton Inn’s design approach, called the Perfect Mix Design, into each hotel which adapts throughout the day to meet the needs of guests, creates an inviting space that is an extension of the guest room, and promotes socialization.

The organization worked closely with Architect Stacy Norman and utilized the interior design services of Inkwell Design on all three projects. ROK Builders refreshed the lobbies, blending informal lounge-style seating spaces with work-friendly areas, and available food and beverage options. Coffee serving tables, breakfast cabinets, library shelves, flat screen TVs, and pendant and accent lighting were also installed. In addition, the organization renovated corridors and hallways.

“Our project teams worked closely with Hampton Inn management, Intercoastal Property Services, Inkwell Design, and Architect Stacy Norman to ensure the renovations met both the Company’s brand standards as well as our own high standards,” explained Fred Roedel III, President of ROK Builders and Partner of Roedel Companies. “The goal of all three renovations was to transform each property to a place where guests can interact, socialize and enjoy their stay.”
