ROK Builders, LLC, the wholly owned hotel construction management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, LLC, recently completed hotel renovations and major maintenance projects for The Claremont Companies, The Waterford Hotel Group, La Quinta Corporation, Sunburst Hospitality and Park Lodge Hotels. The organization upgraded outdated guestrooms, corridors and public areas to stylish spaces at several Residence Inns by Marriott, La Quinta Inn & Suites, Comfort Inn & Suites and Courtyard by Marriott locations. In addition, ROK Builders executed significant maintenance projects and spot renovations throughout the La Quinta chain.
With over forty-five years of hotel ownership, construction insight and operations experience, ROK Builders has completed more than thirty new building and major renovation projects along with over a hundred major maintenance assignments within the last three years. The organization specializes in managing hotel renovation and new construction. Their Major Maintenance and Emergency Service division identifies preventative maintenance opportunities and provides repair services or cosmetic upgrades.
