ROK Builders Completes Upgrades to Hampton Inn Properties in Franklin & Fairhaven

The organization implemented the Perfect Mix Design into both hotels

WILTON, NH – ROK Builders, LLC, the hotel construction affiliate of Roedel Companies, LLC, recently completed upgrades to Claremont Companies’ Hampton Inn facilities in Franklin and Fairhaven, Massachusetts. The organization implemented Hampton Inn’s new design approach, called Perfect Mix Design, which adapts throughout the day to meet the needs of guests, creates an inviting space that is an extension of the guest room, and promotes socialization.

ROK Builders incorporated the unique Perfect Mix Design elements at each property to enhance the Hampton Inn guest experience. The new public areas blend informal lounge-style seating spaces with work-friendly areas and available food and beverage options. ROK Builders incorporated the coffee serving tables, breakfast cabinets, library shelves, flat screen TVs, pendant and accent lighting, and accessories from the design.

The project included the renovation and remodeling of the front desk and common areas throughout both hotels including restrooms, hallways, and corridors.  Guest rooms were also renovated to meet Hampton Inn’s new Style Right Package.

The Hampton Inn in Franklin is a popular choice for guests due to its proximity to the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets, Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place. The Hampton Inn in historic Fairhaven is chosen by guests for its significant location and proximity to Cape Cod and the Islands.
