ROK Builders Lands New Contract

ROK Builders, the construction management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, is proud to announce that they have been awarded the renovation contract for the La Quinta Inn & Suites located in Charlotte, NC.  The hotel will receive new guestroom carpet, pictures, soft goods, and drapes.  The corridors will also be renovated and will receive the new “Bold scheme” finishes including carpet, wall vinyl, paint, lighting, and signage.  The lobby and meeting room will also receive extensive renovations.  Construction started at the beginning of October 2010.
