ROK Builders to renovate La Quinta Inn & Suites Somerville, MA

ROK Builders, the construction management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, has been awarded the Construction Manager contract for the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Somerville, MA.  The hotel will be undergoing renovation to the guest rooms and all corridors to provide them the new “Bold scheme”.  The upgrades include: new FFE, flooring, and textured wall finish.  Construction started at the end of October 2010.
