ROK Builders to Renovate Marriott Courtyard in Lebanon, New Hampshire

WILTON, NH – ROK Builders, LLC, the hotel construction affiliate of Roedel Companies, LLC, has been retained by Norwich Partners to remodel and renovate the Marriott Courtyard in Lebanon, NH. The Company will manage a complete makeover of the hotel’s lobby and corridors to better serve guests. Public spaces and guest rooms will also be upgraded with new fixtures, décor and furniture.

Renovations to the property are scheduled to begin in November and be completed in Spring 2014. ROK Builders will work closely with Group One Partners, Inc. who is providing architectural, interior design and procurement services.

The Marriott Courtyard is a popular choice for visitors in the Lebanon area due to its close proximity to Dartmouth College, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Harpoon and Long Trail Breweries, among other attractions.
