ROK Builders Signs On To Renovate Southington, CT Hotel

ROK Builders, LLC, the construction management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, is proud to announce that they have been awarded the renovation contract for the Residence Inn in Southington, CT.  The hotel will undergo a full PIP renovation including new flooring, granite, and wall treatments, along with the new lobby scheme.  Construction is set to start on November 29, 2010.
