ROK Builders To Update Two La Quintas

ROK Builders, LLC, the hotel construction management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, LLC, has been awarded the contracts to remodel and update facilities for La Quinta Corp.’s La Quinta Inn & Suites Miami Airport West and Ft. Lauderdale Airport Florida.

The projects include renovations to all guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas. Both hotels will remain open during the project, expected to be completed by the end of this month.

La Quinta Corp. is implementing a new design scheme for its La Quinta Inn & Suites properties. The interiors of selected hotels are being completely renovated and will feature expanded lobbies and new fitness facilities. Guestrooms and bathrooms also will be updated with new fixtures, decor and furniture.

ROK Builders this past fall completed PIPs, major maintenance and spot renovations for the La Quinta Corp. The organization executed projects at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Andover, Auburn and Somerville, MA; Milford, New Britain, New Haven and Stamford, CT; Salem, NH; Warwick, RI; and Winston-Salem, NC.
