What We Did
Responded to a Request for Proposals (RFP) from Boston Mutual Life Insurance to develop, own and operate a hotel with “full service” amenities.
Successfully negotiated a long-term lease while securing a liquor license, brand affiliation and construction financing. We expect to begin site work fourth quarter 2017 and open first quarter of 2019.
